Since the beginning of the news of the new Coronavirus in China, we knew that an unexpected situation was coming in the country and in the world. Initially, Blockbit state as a fact that the pre-sale, sales and post-sale processes are normal, as well as all of its operational activities.
Seeking transparency in Blockbit’s dealings, decisions were made around the operations and preservation of the health of our employees, customers and channels.
We know that security is an essential part of the work routine and that is why all employees are working with traffic via VPN in order to protect our data, data from our customers and channels, even already complying with LGPD regulations.
In terms of security, in cases where there is confirmation or suspicion of contamination of the employee by COVID-19, its instructed to immediately communicate the company’s HR and its direct manager, so that the appropriate internal and external measures are adopted, formalized in instruction documentation.
