IPSec VPN

What is it?

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a private network built on a public network structure, the Internet. IPSec VPN provides site-to-site connection and normally requires specialized network systems. It was created in order to connect private networks remotely, using the infrastructure of the Internet. The use of the Internet as a connection infrastructure between private networks is an optimal solution in terms of costs, but not necessarily in terms of security as the Internet is a public network where the transmitted data can be intercepted by anyone. The data traffic in this type of connection is transmitted over the public network using standard protocols, not necessarily safe.

Our Solutions

BLOCKBIT UTM has numerous encryption algorithms allowing organizations the flexibility to choose the most convenient way to connect two or more networks over IPSec VPN, either through the connection of two BLOCKBIT appliances, or between a BLOCKBIT appliance and other VPN services. Remote access is easily achieved through native client operating systems (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) without the need to install other applications..
